This is Mercedes factory fitted LPG, great for cheaper fuel costs in the UK, fantastic for travelling through EU where LPG is even more easy to find. 2.3 litre engine, 5 gears. Body work is good to fair for a van this age. Has had repairs and bodywork done recently, but will need monitoring to keep rust at bay in the future. Underbody has been treated yearly. Was a farm vehicle before I owned it and had low use and milage for its age. We have owned it for 5 years, and have done as much as we can to keep this van feeling loved. Recent work includes new starter motor, radiator, new coil packs, replaced head gasket, new windscreen. Some service history. MOT until March 2024 (we will renew), has generally only needed minors (see MOT gov checker).
It’s a difficult decision to sell our beloved van, but our lifestyle will involve being in one place, so we want to move it on to other people for more adventures! Every detail in the van is custom-made. Converted by ourselves, a lover of art and painting, and a carpenter. We have lived in this space for three years now, so have put a lot of thought into how we can use the space in a van most effectively and understand the wants and needs of a couple living in this space.
There is enough power for your needs for 3-4 days off grid – for example if you need to ‘work from home’ via a laptop whilst adventuring, with room to add more batteries if desired.
