Mercedes Sprinter 311 CDI LWB
Located in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
We bought the van at the end of 2020 and have spent the best part of 18 months converting it into a little home on wheels (if you’d like to see the journey, you can find us on Instagram at @samandsophh). We are selling as we now live overseas.
The van is a perfect home on wheels, a companion for van dwellers, explorers or people seeking a little piece of that #vanlife. Also perfect for holidays or rental businesses, a van of this type will rent for £150 a night in peak season. It is 2+ 1 berth, so perfect for couples, a young family or a solo nomad wanting that additional space.
The van is fully equipped and suitable for camping holidays or sports activities! The van has a roof rack and viewing deck that also houses the solar panel – ideal for those starry nights or a place to hold sporting equipment.

In addition to the two gas hobs inside, there is also an oven.

With a shower and chemical toilet, this van is the ideal camper to take off grid. The toilet can be emptied in most camp sites.

There are three belted seats in the front (including driver) with head rests. All 3 seats have three-point belts. Both of the passenger’s seats are suitable for a child car seat using the belt. There is a removable ‘Lagun’ table, which can also be used for outdoor use – perfect for sunny days and picnics!
Other things to note:
We have provided a guide of how to use the equipment in the van, including instructions of how to replace the gas and water.
PLEASE NOTE: The van is NOT officially recognised as a camper with DVLA. Information on how to convert through DVLA can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/converting-a-vehicle-into-a-motor-caravan/converting-a-vehicle-into-a-motor-caravan
We did not install an awning or stickers to put on the van for it to be considered a motor home. Everything else is in place.

Wider than a standard double, but the length is shorter as we were restricted to the vans width. Memory foam custom made mattress.
