It’s insulted with Recitel boards / a foil vapour barrier, and the ceiling has been clad with tongue and groove.
It has a sealed concrete sink, hooked up to a 25L fresh water tank, which empties into a grey waste container.
Its sofa with removable table converts into a small double bed, measuring 5’10” x 4’.
It comes with 2 keys – 1 electric, the other manual – and lots of paperwork / history.
It’s been painted cream from white, with the Cornish flag above the windscreen, and is in good condition. Its bodywork has some damage, which can be seen in the photos, such as a dent on the front driver’s side. It also has a small scrape / dent near the rear passenger wheel arch, along with some other small scratches.
