2012 Renault Master LWB Extra High Roof Campervan

Here we have “Marvin the Master”, custom built campervan completed 2 years ago for family adventures. Bought in 2019 as a poor part completed conversion, which was pulled out and fully re-done (the only things that remain are the bed, lining and seats). Conversion has full photo documentation on request.
Correctly registered with the DVLA as Motor Caravan.

The main features are:
Fully insulated and lined with 4 way stretch carpet on the walls and light grey Suedliner on the ceiling for a plush feel. Warm in the winter and cool in summer.
Double Glazed Dometic S4 Windows and Mini Heki skylights (refitted and leak free). These all have integrated mosquito nets and thermal black out blinds.
Custom CNC cut furnature made using Morland lightweight furnature ply in Denim Blue and Dark Wood Striped veneer. This comprises of toilet cubicle with Thetford cassette toilet with external door, kitchen unit with soft close drawer and overhead shelves.
Dometic SMEV 9222 double hob and sink unit
Thetford Spinflo duplex oven and grill (unused other than to toast crumpets)
Dometic CRX50 compressor fridge/freezer with mains adapter (automatically switches between 12v and 240v on hook up).
Thetford electric flush toilet.
Built in 32l fresh water tank with pressure switched pump, external fill point and electronic level indicator (no messing with 10l gerry cans and submersable pumps).
Gas locker with space for a 7kg gas bottle.
External gas point for BBQ or external gas shower, e.g. Joolka Hottap.
2x 100watt solar panels (brand new), 105ah battery, CTEK d250se combined split charge and solar controller. This will charge the leisure battery from the solar panels and when full it will maintain the main van’s starter batter so no flat batteries over winter!
RCD protected 240v hook up with external point.

Fixed 4′ double bed in the rear with the option of a “Cabbunk” twin bunk beds in the cab for kids (included in sale if required).
4 belted seats – two single swivel seats in cab with a double folding and removable seat from a Transit Tourneo custom in the rear. These have intergrated belts and isofix for childseats.

Being the extra high roof means loads of headroom and storage – there is a large storage area above the cab and the rear bed is set high between the windows so there is a huge garage area below with a tambour door for access from inside the van (or for long objects – he makes a great fishing van!). The toilet cubicle also has a hanging rail for coats.
