3 seater, fully waterproof seat covers perfect for surfers/hikers. Minor defects to flooring rubber on drivers side due to normal wear and tear (see photos).

Lovingly converted hand crafted campervan including hand made epoxy resin and elm kitchen worktop. Very sadly having to sell due to change in personal/family circumstances and having to move, unable to take van.

Fully insulated with high spec thermal performance multilayer reflective insulation and vapour control membrane (thermal resistance 2.50W/m2K).

Fully boarded with marine quality ply.

Electrics installed and certified by qualified electrician: electric hook up, 200AH leisure battery and 200W-12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter (i.e. so suitable to charge and power sensitive electronic devices e.g. laptops etc). High quality environmentally friendly 4mm recycled rubber non slip, non toxic, shock and sound absorbing flooring suitable for commercial use installed. Space between kitchen and seating inside van accommodates 1 motorcycle (tie down points for ratchet straps accessible) or multiple pushbikes.

Water tanks under worktop capacity 2x 25L. Hand pump in cupboard between tanks and tap. 10L waste tank under sink. Space to install gas locker with cylinder. Portapotti with modesty partition in storage next to bed/storage.

Seating folds out to king size bed, runner wheels installed for easy transformation.
Bed, kitchen and storage all fully removable within a few minutes so can be used as commercial work van.
Storage pockets on back door, ample storage above driver’s cab. Bulkhead removed (can supply this if required) so easy access between driving/sleeping quarters.

Minor paintwork and wing mirror hedge scratches consistent with driving in Devon and Cornwall narrow country lanes! (hence price – see photos for close ups of bodywork)
