I purchased the van at the beginning of the year for Scottish adventures but have been accepted on to a masters degree programme in Sweden and need to move! Reduced price to sell quickly.

LWB creates a very spacious mini home in the back of the van. Natural tones created with the wood and soft lighting evokes a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I have spent many weekends out and about with friends sitting and chatting and sipping tea for hours. Perfect for getting away for mini breaks, writing retreats or those seeking solitude.
April 2024 full habitation check including gas and electrics checked and tested and new leisure battery installed.
Last full major service 6th March 2024. No warning lights, fresh oil and filter, drives very well.
MOT until Jan 2025, no advisories and excellent MOT history.
Pre MOT inspection on 19th Jan 2024 equating £1286 worth of work including rear brake discs, pads, callipers, shocker, strut top mount, track rod end, brake pipe and new tyres.
All of the furniture is cabinet built and bespoke – this makes the furniture very light and strong. The van has been rust proofed and the floor covered with Closed Cell Insulation. Also has full insulation and sound deadening throughout the van, with a vapour barrier to protect against condensation. The sofa folds out to create a bed with the cushions creating a luxurious mattress. The cushions are bespoke made by Foam and Covers – these are firm and comfortable, and are finished in a luxurious and hard wearing fabric.
The driver and passenger seats have been upgraded and converted into Captains Seats which have armrests on both sides – these are extremely comfortable. This also allows room between the drivers and passenger seat for either luggage or dog and makes it very spacious in the front.
The van has tinted windows all round and there is loads of storage space with large cupboards in the kitchen area, space under the sofa and a separate side table with lift up lid with loads of storage within.
The van is a pleasure to drive being very smooth and quiet with the 6 speed gearbox, and a 2 litre engine giving plenty of power whilst being very economical, averaging 40MPG. Also has electric windows, electric mirrors and air conditioning.
This is a brand new conversion and all of the components (electrics, hob, sink and fridge) are brand new:
Fridge: Alpicool AD50 LG Compressor Fridge/Freezer
Hob: Dometic Smev 8821R Sink with fresh water pump and Gas Hob. Includes a full bottle of Campingaz 907 Gas Bottle and 2x 10L Jerry Cans for fresh water and waste.
Electrics:
Wired Campers – 12V on/off grid system and a 240V mains hook up system. Complete Kit installed which charges the leisure battery whilst driving via the voltage sensitive relay
Brand new Starline Leisure battery 100Ah (April 2024)
5 switch panel which controls the 6 ceiling lights, reading light (touch sensitive), fridge and water pump. 2 USB ports and a 12v outlet and visible voltmeter
Another mini panel with dual USB and 12V socket located near the bed area
Mains hook up with a 240V plug socket. Also has a battery charger that will charge the leisure battery whilst hooked up.
Sony bluetooth portable speaker included as radio not currently working and I believe it will just either need a new radio or connecting harness, as previous owner had a larger radio fitted.
Body work in good condition, there are a couple of external age related marks, one on the sliding door and one on the rear wheel arch – please see photos.
