2013 Mercedes Sprinter LWB Camper Van

Change in circumstances means I have to sell my van. New owner will not be disappointed!

I have a full album of pictures from the build start to finish. Every receipt kept from the build as well.

Will happily put 12 months MOT on the van along with a new service upon receipt of deposit.

Ive built the van for two people, although the seating area is easily converted into a bed area for a child.

Basic information;

Cab Area

New Pioneer DAB head unit with upgraded speakers.
Apple car play.
Sound deadend door cards.
Reversing camera screen.
3 seats in the front of the van.
Overhead shelf installed with access from back of the van.
Full carpeted bulkhead and roof lining.

Exterior

Rogue CC1 17″ Alloy wheels. Fully ceramic coated before fitting, these have done less than 1k miles.
Cooper AT3 all terrains.
350w Victron solar panels mounted to the roof via a uni-strut system.
Maxi-air fan fitted towards the front of the van.
Full opening skylight to the rear of the van.
Back doors of the van have been professionally resprayed.
Sliding window on drivers side.
Fixed window on sliding door.

Garage/Under Bed Area

Full Victron electrical system all app based.
All app based to check out performance & parameters.
250aH AGM leisure batterys.
500w Inverter.
Multiple 12v usb sockets.
Garage area socket & light.
57L fresh water tank.
Fully pumped system to Belfast sink in kitchen area.
Full John Guest plumbing fitting set up.
Fresh water fill up point in rear.
Gas locker with removable & refillable gas bottle to supply oven in kitchen area.
Gas installed professionally, along with the electrical system (I’m an electrician)

Inside

Full kingsize bed, brand new Ikea mattress, super comfy!
Full custom made kitchen, all draws, doors open and lock/close whilst traveling.
Dimmable LED tape light in profile in the ceiling to van, controlled via a switch or remote for when in bed.
LED tape light to plinth in kitchen area.
Belfast sink with black mixer tap.
Solid wood worktops.
Thetford gas oven/grill/hob. Used twice, looks brand new!
Dometic CRX50 fridge.
Full Eberspacher diesel night storage heater, cost the best park of £1k, not a cheap Chinese one!
Lagun table leg, fully removable and adjustable.
2x seats either side of the van which can be used as a bed for a child if needed.

Sure I’ve missed loads but the above is a general basis of the van.

Full off grid capability.

The van is 11 years old so does have the odd mark on the bodywork but generally in great condition.

All thought its obvious, no there is no shower. Would be easy enough to hook up an exterior shower with the gas being to the rear of the van. We use a portable toilet which fits perfectly into one of the kitchen cupboards.

Ive got loads of “bits” with the van, levelling ramps, hook up lead, hose pipe for filling water tank etc.
