Since I purchased the van I have spared no expense fixing and maintaining it, I have receipts totalling just under 6k in maintenance
Negative’s
The van has a PTO compressor installed, this allows you to run the van and use tools and power off the back end (see attachments at the rear of the vehicle) However because this runs off the prop shaft the van is slightly noisy while driving. The prop shaft is easily replaceable the noise bothered you, I am sensitive to noise though and it never bothered me enough to replace
If you were purchasing the van with the intention of more than one person living in it for weeks or more at a time I would suggest adding an additional solar panel to the roof. This would be simple enough to do and the rest of the system is kitted out to accommodate more solar panels. If the van is being driven every couple of days you won’t have a problem with power due to the DC-DC charger, but if the van isn’t driven for a couple of days you may find the power running a bit low if you don’t have a healthy source of Sunshine
Any questions please don’t hesitate and if you’d like to come and view the van drop me a message cheers
