The van is in good condition, there are no major areas of rust and the paintwork is generally good.
The engine was replaced in January 2025, along with the turbo and clutch. The alternator, front brake pads and two front tyres were replaced prior to the MOT in October and it passed the MOT with no advisories.
The conversion was completed in 2020 but has had various updates since. The kitchen consists of dovetail jointed drawers, oak worktops, hob, large sink, and dometic fridge.
The cushions and fabric panels either side of the bed have been newly upholstered for selling the van. Lights are a combination of spots and led strips on 4 switches to create whatever lighting combination you need.
The living space also contains a small chemical toilet, and LPG heater. The gas and water tanks can both be filled from external filler points.
The garage space under the bed is spacious and houses the hot shower which can be used while the back doors are open. The garage also has lighting on its own switch.
