Engine condition is excellent. Brand-new clutch assembly including dual mass flywheel was fitted at 158,000 miles — the buyer inherits a zero-mile clutch, eliminating the single most expensive wear item on high-mileage Crafters. Timing belt has been replaced along with water pump, crankshaft seal, and oil leak repair (total cost £1,137.74 inc. VAT). CV joint boot kit also recently replaced. The van drives well, pulls strongly, and has no warning lights or known mechanical issues.
Bodywork is in excellent condition. The van has had a full professional respray in gunmetal grey, giving it a sleek, modern finish that disguises its commercial origins. No rust, no dents, no significant marks. Black alloy wheels fitted with BF Goodrich All-Terrain tyres plus a full-size spare carried under the chassis.
The cab features upgraded diamond-stitch captain’s seats in grey/black, Apple CarPlay, reversing sensors, rear-view mirror dash cam, and rubber van-specific cabin mats. Extra security locks have been fitted to the rear doors and sliding door. Two keys supplied.
Recent servicing includes full service at 146,955 miles (Forte Advanced Motor Flush, 5W30 fully synthetic low-ash VAG-spec oil, brake fluid change), oil and filter changes with Forte diesel treatment, and pollen filter replacement. The van has been regularly maintained at Tanvic Tyre and Service Centre in Loughborough with additional work at Gordon’s Motors.

The layout features the kitchen on the nearside behind the sliding door, with the bed and living area at the rear. A rebuilt bulkhead with access hatch separates the cab from the living space, providing security and insulation.

Water: 2 x 20-litre jerry can fresh water system with Shurflo Trail King 7 pump. Waste water drains under the kitchen with waste can provided. External shower fitted to the rear.

Insulation: Multi-layer — Dodo Mat sound deadening, Celotex PIR board, Thermo Wrap, and Thermo Fleece throughout including rebuilt bulkhead.

One adult double bed — king-size width, rear-mounted, with a quality memory foam mattress on a slatted timber base. The bed is designed with flexibility in mind: it can be lengthened for maximum sleeping space or shortened to create additional storage at the rear of the van. Sleeps two adults comfortably. When not in use for sleeping, the middle folds out to create a U-shaped seating area with a fold-down table for dining and working. No child beds.
