Brand new one-of-a-kind conversion, originally started as a lockdown project, however we found out we were expecting our first child half way through the build, as the van is only a two berth, we have made the very hard decision to sell.

The Campervan has full power hook-up to be used on campsites, it also has the ability to be taken off-grid as it includes 310W JW Solar, 495AH AGM Victron telecom battery bank, 100L fresh water, 45L grey water tanks and 20L LPG tank. A full spec is bullet-pointed towards the bottom.

The van has been built using a mixture of lightweight plywood, solid oak and pine boarding providing a high-end finish, the van has also been sound proofed and vibration dampened using Dodo Dead Mat Hex.
The van is complete with Fiamma f80s awning & rear wheel carrier.

The kitchen is made up of Tatton Pebble Grey wall cabinets, 4 kitchen drawers, 22mm solid oak worktop and tan leather handles, the kitchen itself includes the following; Thetford oven/grill, Thetford 2 burner hob, sink and tap, integrated Dometic CR60 fridge & water pump on/off switch.

There are 6 overhead cabinets for substantial storage, the interiors are made from plywood with a solid oak frame, also with matching Tatton Pebble Grey doors and tan leather handles. All cabinet doors are gas strut supported and have strong magnetic catches as do the 4 kitchen drawers.

There is a seating/dining area towards the front of the van, this consists of two swivel seats with the removable dining table in between and a fixed two seater bench under the window with custom made cushions in grey. The bench also encloses the Truma Combi 4E combination heater which provides the heating and hot water for the van.
Above the front seats is the over-cab shelf; perfect for storing window blinds and the table top and leg when not in use. This has been trimmed to match the cab lining. Supplied with the van are ‘Eyesopen magnetic thermal blackout privacy window covers’. The side windows are tinted for privacy and the drivers side includes a thermal inbuilt blind.

The toilet/shower room is a wet room using the Thetford C223S with electrical flush, also twins as a drying room powered by the Truma Combi 4E heater. The shower has direct drainage straight through the floor to the 45 L Waste tank. The room is ventilated through the roof with a 12v mushroom vent extractor.

The sleeping area is a fixed full double width bed with bespoke foam mattress, it has an additional cushion which can be placed on the worktop to extend the bed to 6ft 8inch if extra space is required. Above the bed is a solid oak shelf, reading lights with in built USB charging points and the controller for the Maxxair fan.

The garage space is situated at the rear of the van under the fixed bed, this is where the electrical hub is located. The electrical system is made up of Victron Orion Smart DC-DC charger, 12v isolator, 240v breakers, Lynx distributor and MPPT solar charge controller, 2000W inverter/charger and AC distribution, see below for full electrical breakdown. Within the electrical hub sits the 12v fuse board with easy accessibility and full electrical schematic also provided by ‘Tiny Build Electrics’. Furthermore, there is an additional shower point with shower head and hose.

The unladen weight is 3,350kg, weigh bridge certification provided.
The van has been de chromed and finished in a one of a kind colour to colour match all the wheels, trims, and lower sills. There is an adventure mountain mural across the rear doors.
