Campervans for Sale Alfred - 2010 Vauxhall Combo microcamper
Vauxhall Combo
1250cc Diesel Engine, 40+ MPG, 5 Gears. Good bodywork, recent service and MOT. Dealer serviced then third party Garage servicing, looked after since new. Not used as builders van, previous owner used it as his run around. Genuinely a lovely van to drive.
In the kitchen unit, a Navy Load single gas burner and sink unit is fitted with a micro-switch cold water tap and set into a solid larch wany edge countertop. The sink / hob unit is fitted with a hinged lid to increase worktop space when not in use. Fresh water and grey water containers are stored within the kitchen cupboard; the remainder of the cupboard is available for storage. Additional storage is located over the cab. 15mm Lightweight ply with a dark grey ‘Havianna Midnight’ finish is used for all facing furniture. Kitchen storage consists of a shelf over the worktop, and built-in cupboards under the hob and sink unit. Strip-lighting is installed under the kitchen shelf to illuminate the beautiful worktop, hob and sink.
The rear seating consists of a 175cm long bench seat which also pulls out to convert into a wider bed for a more spacious sleep at 175cm x 90cm. This gives a sleeping length of approximately 5′ 9″ or 6′ 5″ for lone sleepers laying diagonally. Tilting the front seats forwards allows extra space for stretching! The bench is finished with full-length 10cm deep flame-retardant cushions. Each cushion is finished with flame retardant 8mm foam-backed faux-leather in black with hexagonal blue stitching detail to match the front seat covers. Faux-leather straps are installed to secure the back cushion when the van is being driven. The bench lifts for a generous storage area accessible from the top and from behind the driver’s seat.
Alfred is insulated and sound deadened throughout, with wood-effect vinyl flooring and light grey carpeting on interior walls. Vinyl decals feature externally on both sides and the rear of the van, and texture is added to the internal wall carpeted areas with raised mountain reliefs. A window is fitted to the sliding door and is finished with a blackout curtain, internal thermal privacy blinds are included for the windscreen and side windows.
The 100ah Ecoworthy leisure battery is housed in the garage, located in the rear of the bench storage area and is accessible via the back door. A solar charge controller (MTTP) works with a 50w Solar panel which is permanently fixed to the roof. Two directional spotlights above the bench seating house USB sockets, two USB ports for use with solar are housed on the MTTP. with a further two USB ports being on the control panel at the end of the kitchen unit. A 12v socket and a switch for the overhead kitchen lighting is also found on the control panel.
New roof bars have been installed for additional storage solutions.
