Vehicle description
This motorhome has been regularly serviced and comes with a new clutch, cam belt and 2 new rear tyres. The roof has recently been blacked using waterproofing paint
The most recent full service was in September 2022.
The engine drives beautifully and always starts first time and has a low mileage of 55000.
The vehicle is fitted with reserving sensor cameras, bike rack, and alarm system.
The van comes with 2 leisure batteries, a solar panel and is able to run off grid for a few days or on on an EHU.
MOT is valid until Aug 2023 and the advisories are as follows:
Slight corrosion on rear brake hose
1 brake disc worn but not seriously weakened
Anti roll bar corroded but not seriously weakened
Power steering hose slightly corroded
Front seats slightly lose with swel base

Other areas needing attention:
2 door catches need replacing
The bathroom door is sticky and the catch needs some attention
Front seats a re slightly lose and need adjusting

Beds description
1 double and 1 single
There is a good sized double bed with new mattress on a pull down frame over the cabin. The bed has 1 light and 2 vents fitted with electrical fans.
There is a single side bed and you could convert the other seat into a small bed easily.

Shower and toilet
There is a good sized shower and cassette toilet accessed from the outside.
The shower water is heated by a new water heater which runs off gas, leisure batteries or EHU.
The water tank is large and accessed from the outside.

Kitchen
4 ring hob, grill and oven all run off gas.
Good sized fridge with small freezer box runs off gas, leisure batteries or EHU.
Plenty of cupboard space under counter and high cupboards.

Heating and air conditioning
Absolutely gorgeous squirrel wood burner will keep you very cosy on cooler evenings. I also use a small oil radiator or fan heater for additional warmth ideal when on EHU.
I also use a small air conditioning unit in the summer, which plugs in when on EHU.

Internally
The motorhome has been painted with Farrow and Ball off white paint throughout so has a lovely calm feeling but equally is a blank canvas ready for someone to put their own individual stamp on it.
It comes with a new bluetooth stereo.
You will need a C1 license to drive this vehicle as it is over 3.5 tons.
