Cab Bodywork generally good some small scratches on drivers door
Coach bodywork good for age , minor damage to front door trim, some cracks in the bumper.
The motorhome has been used for the last two years as a home for my son and trips in Wales.
The VW T4 Explorer is a professional factory conversion of a VW T4 Transporter Van.
The motorhome has been updated with a solar panel on the roof and 2 Large Platinum Leisure Plus batteries 12v 80Ah
The interior has been updated with a Skandi Boho Seaside Vibe , painted in white with Farrow and Ball Siffkey Blue .
The sofas in the comfortable lounge area have been reupholstered with a navy blue chunky cord fabric. The covers are removable. There is a table which can be removed. The lounge area has white muslin pom pom edged curtains and a navy Indian fabric curtain
The 4 sofa cushions quickly convert to a full length double bed.
The kitchen area has an enamel sink drainer with hot and cold water taps. 3 burner gas hob with 12v extraction overhead. Good sized gas oven and grill. Magnetic Spice Rack.
New shelves for accessories. Garden trading utility bucket. Double electrical point and usb chargers. Large storage cupboard under sink.
The dresser unit opposite houses the 3 way fridge , another large cupboard and kitchen drawer. Large worktop prep area with multiple electrical outlets
There is a wardrobe storage unit in the corridor with Garden Trading Fabric Storage Containers which are included.
The shower room has been refurbished and now includes a stainless steel shower / tap , new vanity basin and shelving above the fixed Thetford Porta Potti loo. New led spotlights. Full length mirror.
The shower room door can be swung out to create a large private changing area or to create privacy between the sleeping areas.
The double birth bed over the cab ( 2 x children or 1 x adult ) had its own reading led spotlight and usb port.
There is a vast amount of storage with large area for bedding under the sofa and 8 overhead lockers and 3 floor level lockers.
There is a Propex 1600 gas heater fitted but we haven’t used it. It would need checking before use.
All Bedding , decorations and Garden Trading accessories are included.
Brand new flat drinking water hose included.
Electrical hookup cable included.
Wiring in place for reversing camera.
Comfortable full length double bed quickly made from the 4 sofa cushions . Pull out slatted base in the middle. 204cm x 120cm
Fixed double berth over the cab. 2 x children or 1 x adult. size 179cm x 110cm
I have slept on it myself very comfortable (female 5’5″)
This bed may be folded back to allow you stand in the cab but I haven’t seen a need for this.
