Brought at 185k Miles.
Changed oil, filters and fuel filters every 5k since I’ve owned it.
New starter motor a year ago.
Had two new sills put on just over a year ago after a garage in Spain crushed them after lifting the van by them.
A little rust around a wheel arch but not extensive.
Mot passed after some work done end of September, there are still advisories to attend to.

Conversion Description

Unfortunately the time has come for me to sell my beloved Betty blue, I’ve been on the road in her for four years now since converting it myself into a campervan! Luckily I was one of the last few to actually get this changed over on the v5 too as they don’t seem to allow many through these days!

Since owning Betty I’ve spent a lot of time and effort looking after and maintaining the transit with regular services (every 5000miles oil/fuel filter changes) she’s a work horse with a gut of iron whose climbed many mountains in Europe. It saddens me to be selling but I’m currently building a ford Luton to live in with my partner as Betty was a little cramped for two people full time with all my carpentry gear and Tanya’s hair dressing stuff 😂.

-Fully insulated with celotex boards, vapour barriers too.

-Electric roof vent and regular skylight (slightly cracked but still works) port hole in sliding door

– Tiles countertops with a beautiful glass sink, little cute egg box included!

-2 100 watt solar panels to charge up the two new 110ah leisure batteries (new just over a year ago)

2000w sinewave inverter ( currently not hooked up as I don’t use it)

-Mppt for solar set up and also a Battery to Battery charger so it charges the leisure batteries when you drive.

-Fireplace to keep you warm in the wintery months

-Vintage calor hob oven/grill, never skipped a beat, custom paint job! Does amazing baked potatos 🎉

-3.9kg LPG calor gas

-Solar shower

-25 litre water tank/ grey water tank (all indoors)

-All service history, no log book however as I didn’t have one when I brought the van. One key

-Starter motor replaced in the last year

-Two brand new sils welded both sides after an unfortunate incident in Spain when the mechanics lifted the van by the hollow sils.

-Make shift awning with poles included, worked a treat the few times I have set it up.

-217k +on the clock
