VW Transporter 4 2.5L TDI LWB
1997 2.5tdi intercooler T4 LWB with 185k on the clock. Recently had the under chassis welded and sealed. Fully featured stylish conversion including fridge, hobs, sink & tap, victron inverter, double leasuire batts, solar panel, hook up, battery charger, alternator link, r&r with seatbelts, Bluetooth.
The conversion is built with Paddlesports in mind, with long slots for paddles in the boot (also great for camping chairs) and a heavy duty custom made roof rack.
Mechanically and structurally in great condition, with a clean, well cared for interior, and punchy acceleration. Gets up to 80 no problem and will do 35mpg at 70!
A couple of minor paint work scrapes and light surface rust pictured. More pics on request.

Modern and homely conversion themed around muted blacks & real vanished wood. The main living area has easy clean kitchen flooring by the fridge, moving to short shaggy black carpet in front on the sofa. The cooking area consists of a double hob, sink draining under the van for collection, with a powerful electric tap feeding from a container under the counter where the gas is also stored. Under the counter is a new top of the line Dometic Coolmatic 12v Fridge/Freezer which both work very well.
There’s a large storage area to the side of the sofa for clothes and food, ample storage under the sofa, and a well sized boot area which is uncommon on these conversions. The electrics are kept out of the way at the bottom of the boot in a box, allowing gear to be stacked above.
The windows are Tinted which regulates temperature and gives extra privacy, on top of a full 360° set of railed curtains. All in all a lovely, well thought out, stylish conversion in good condition. There are small areas for improvement and some signs of wear as expected for a camper of this age.
Standard double faux leather rock & roll bed, fits me well at 6ft and roomy with 2 people. Really comfortable foam I honestly sleep better on it than my bed at home 😅
