Conversion details:
Sound proofed and insulated to the highest standards with Dodo sound proofing mats, thermal van liner, Supasoft thermal fleece and PIR boards. The insulation also provides an excellent heat barrier on hotter days keeping the van cool on the inside. There is an MV Airo 2KW diesel heater installed to keep you warm and cosy.
Privacy windows either side at the front with sliding windows and privacy windows on the rear doors.
It has a full kitchen with sink, twin gas hob and 50 litre fridge freezer. There is a 60 litre underslung fresh water tank and underslung waste water tank electric. The water tanks are filled and drained external so no carrying heavy tanks about. It has an onboard water heater providing hot water to the sink and the external shower point. Above the kitchen hobs is a Dometic Heki skylight to allow for ventilation which has internal blinds and fly screen.
There is a double bed that is made up in the lounge area. The double bed is easily wide enough for two adults and is 6ft in length.
The interior table is on a swivel arm to allow for maximum flexibility and a walk-through interior.
The floor is wood laminate. The sides and ceiling are pine wood clad. Most of the construction is poplar ply which is lightweight and strong.
In a pull out drawer is Thetford 345 porti potti.
On the roof is a 200W solar panel providing you with plenty of power to the 130Ah AGM leisure battery. The system is supported by a high quality Victron energy off grid electrical system. There is a 2000w Victron invertor, allowing you to use 240v appliances totally off-grid.
To further keep the leisure battery charged there is a Victron ‘battery to battery’ charger that will operate when the vehicle’s engine is running. Also, when on the 240v hook up there is an Optimum trickle charger that will keep it topped up.
When on 240v hook up there are two standard plug sockets. All 240v power is certified by a qualified electrical engineer.
There is a 6kg gas cylinder for your cooking on the twin gas hob. The van comes with a gas safety certificate that was carried out by a professional gas safety expert. There is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher stored in the kitchen cabinets. A smoke/carbon monoxide alarm has been fitted.
For lighting you have separately controlled led ceiling spotlights and dimmable LED mood lighting.
There are 4 USB charging points.
There is a 50-litre fridge/freezer.
The mattress is 4 inch thick memory foam providing maximum comfort and room for two adults. The cushion covers are removable for washing. There are black out curtains all round to make sure you get the best nights rest.
In the rear are two Bluetooth speakers that can connect to your devices.
There is plenty of storage within the van, so you’ll be able to store all your belongings comfortable. On the ceiling is a criss cross bungee cord that is ideal for storing longer items, I designed it for my surfboard so it’s perfect for that.
On the rear door is a pull down table for outside dining.
On the exterior is an Fiamma F80s awning.
Overall build weight of 2660kg, ample weight left before the 3500kg weight limit.
