We are selling ‘Van Solo’ which has given us many happy memories. The van was previously a private ambulance and has some reminders of it’s previous life. The windows, roof vent, interior insulated walls and ceiling, lighting and overhead storage cabinets were all professionally installed to ambulance standards.

Design:
We’ve designed the layout to allow for flexible layout options and there is plenty of storage space throughout. I’m 6ft’1 and my head just touches the ceiling when I go on my tip toes. In bed there is enough room for me to sleep width ways.
– Main seating area can be used for dining or extended to a U-shaped area for lounging. Converts easily to a double bed. Amble storage underneath seating.
– Second L-shaped seating area pulls out into a smaller bed suitable for a child (but there is potential to replace this with an adult size bed). Additional storage underneath.
– Customised upholstery and blackout blinds installed throughout. Van came with blackout windows all around (except for rear left window).
– Kitchen area contains a sink with USB chargeable tap and fresh/waste water tanks, a 3 way fridge and a portable gas stove used for ease of use and space saving.
– We love using the van for easy weekends away. For longer stays we have installed a leisure battery and electrics for campsite hook-up.
– We use a portable toilet which is included, this is stored discretely at the base of the smaller bed.
– Also included is the electric hook-up cables and a solar battery charger for the van battery when not in use.
