This is our 5 berth family van that we are only selling because the children have grown up and no longer want to come with us. My husband (who is time-served joiner) converted and custom built this van for our family and whilst it is an unusual layout, it ‘works’ very well (it’s tried and tested!).

External
Fiamma F65S wind out awning.
Solar panel on the roof. (The leisure battery is charged via 150w solar panel on the roof and from alternator via a CTEK smart charger. )

Internal
All beds have IKEA foam mattresses that have been custom made to fit. They all have removable, washable cotton canvas covers that can be machine washed. Each bunk/bed has a USB port, light and net storage.
Dometic two burner hob with drawer underneath and cupboard underneath which houses the gas bottle. There is also extra storage in here that is great for bottles.
Dometic sink and cold water tap. Underneath this there is a drawer and cupboard where there is 3 large water bottles (two fresh, one waste). Above the sink there is a tile-look splash back, two mini shelves with a couple of hooks. The lower shelf has two plastic storage containers that are great for toothbrushes, cutlery or other regularly used items.
Dometic CF26 fridge which slides out from behind the rear travelling seats. Above this is a shelf which has space for another fresh water vessel and is also where the dining table is stored when not in use.

Propex warm air heater.
Black out ‘velux’ blinds custom fitted to both side windows and there is also a blackout curtain that can be pulled across the back of the front travelling seats.
Portapotti which is stored under the rear travelling seats.

Storage
There are several small storage lockers above the double bed and two larger lockers above the rear travelling seats.
There is a U shaped rear seating area that converts to the double bed. Underneath this is four extra large storage cupboards.
There are two tambour doored units; the upper one is perfect for storing cereals, fruits and fresh bread and the lower one has three slide out drawers that we have always used for storing food. In addition to those there are two narrow areas perfect for storing plates/ frying pans and chopping boards and underneath those is storage for stacking pans.

Large rear garage for extra storage. This can be made bigger by removing the bottom back bunk out. Or if you only want 4 berth van you could use this to take a bike (removal of front wheel would be needed).

Please note that any cushions/throws or bedding is not included in the sale (the mattresses are obviously though!).
