Conversion is fitted with top spec appliances, allowing you to go off grid long term without needing to worry about power! This makes the perfect home on wheels.
This is the perfect van for a full time van lifer, or someone looking for luxurious holidays in their own van.

240v fridge is run off the inverter, I had the fridge running for 24hrs a day for 2 weeks and the batteries remained on 90%. She is fitted with a LPG Thetford 3 burner hob and a Thetford oven & grill that’s run off of the gas. She has hot water, and heating, along with an indoor shower. The heating can be set to a desired temperature, and it will keep the van at that temperature – which works wonders during the night, so you can wake up to a toasty van. The maxxair fan works wonders, its fitted in the middle of the van, just above the kitchen area and just next to the shower so is perfect for getting rid of smells and condensation. It’s also a great source of aircon – all you need to do is press a button to turn the fan the opposite way to push air into the van.

Over head storage space, overhead cabinets above the bed and kitchen area with soft close hinges, storage in the double bench seat. Lots of storage beneath the kitchen in the kitchen cabinets.

Fully insulated from top to bottom. Van holds heat extremely well and is always cool in the summer. Nothing like getting into your oven of a car!

Water system –

75 litre fresh water tank (in the garage)
75 litre waste water tank (underslung)
Sink and Chrome Kitchen tap – cold and hot water.
An indoor hot water shower – this is my favourite feature! Coming back from a surf or swim, or a cold winters walk to a HOT shower 🙂

Maxxair Fan – with controller by the bed.

Bluetooth monitor for the Batteries via an app on your phone. Allowing you to monitor the power coming through the solar panels, the alternator, and the status of the batteries
Fresh and Waste water tank level Gauge to ensure you don’t overfill those tanks, and know when you are running low of Fresh water!

Truma Combi 4E – with controller. Heating can be set for a certain time, or to a desired temperature. It’s great!
Switch for the inverter and hot water / heating fitted in the kitchen.

Gas safety – it is fitted with all the correct fittings, including the correct amount of drop out vents where connections have been made allowing gas to escape in the event of a leak.
– LPG hob, oven, grill and Truma Combi have been tested for leaks.

Shore (Mains Hookup) has been fitted. No mains Hookup is needed for this van, she runs perfectly Off grid. However, shore power has been fitted to the van, in the event you are at a campsite and would like to use it for your truma combi set up. As the truma combi has a feature where you can use either just gas, part electric part gas, or just electric!

The Solar Panels and the Vans alternator charge the leisure batteries. The solar panels alone are great and keep the batteries constantly charged – even with the fridge constantly on, 24 hrs a day, along with the 240v plug sockets charging our phones and laptop. We were away for weeks without having to worry about what we were using. We had the gas hob running for teas/coffees, lunches/dinner. We had a hot water shower. We found a number of places with fresh water taps allowing us to refill for free. The heater only takes a few minutes to heat up the space! It’s the perfect off grid van, for holidays or to live in.
