Renault
Reluctant sale of my Renault Master LWB campervan 2.8dti RHD 1998. Registered with DVLA as motor caravan on a 3.5 tonne chassis. MOT 12/10/2023 check the registration on the government MOT website and you will see how well looked after this van has been, no corrosion for its age. I’ve had many happy adventures in this van, unfortunately I’m selling as I have recently bought a house, have a longer commute to work and need something a bit smaller to park.
I’ve had this van nearly 2 years and the last owner was an engineer who had annual oil and filter changes, new exhaust fitted, two new wheel cylinders, new brake pads, and had 4 new Hankook Vantra tyres fitted.
The cab seats two, the passenger seat with locking strong box. In the main living area there are two parallel sofas which lift for ample storage, an overcab cupboard, a two burner Smev hob and Smev sink in handmade cupboard, Dometic fridge with small freezer box, handmade storage drawers, mini Heki rooflight with blind and fly screen, blinds and curtains to all windows and to screen cab area. The sofas convert to a double sideways bed. I have recently had new flooring, curtains and seating area reupholstered.
In the rear area, which can be shut off, there is a hanging rail, open shelving, a safe for money and passports, very large storage cupboard with floor to ceiling shelves and a Fiamma roof light. A pop up shower in the back that the previous owner made, is a good addition for festival season. Behind the large storage cupboard is an additional storage space in which I used to carry a large Gazebo.
Throughout the van there are 12 volt lights and lights than run off hook up. There is a 80Ah habitation battery charged from the engine and from the 80W solar panel, a Mascot 300W inverter, Mascot charger and Sunsaver solar regulator. There is a fitting to take a TV, a Maxview satellite decoder, stereo speakers and a USB charging point.
There is an 80L underslung fresh water tank and an awning rail on the sliding door side. Externally it is in good condition for its age. The body work is not perfect, though I have tried to keep on top of it. Any inspection is welcome and I am happy to take any serious purchaser on test drive. Based in Tamworth
The seats turn into the bed in a couple of minutes. I’m 5,7ft and and can stretch out easily.
