MOT is due 3rd September 2025.
Top quality materials used. Everything has been finished to a very high standard, with superb attention to detail. The high roof gives the van a spacious feel, making it comfortable to spend time in. There are two sets of keys.
The van has been insulated using Celotex 25mm insulation board and Thermafleece SupaSoft polyester insulation.
The Altro safety flooring and carpet lining were done before the bespoke cabinetry was fitted, ensuring no gaps or untidy corners – even on the inside of the cupboards. We feel this adds to the overall finish even though these parts are not on show.
The seating / bed area are described above.
Bespoke, handmade cabinets provide ample storage space. There is a low level cupboard to the rear of the van which is finished with a tambour door and houses a porta potti. This can still be accessed when the bed is made up.
The kitchen area has great storage. The bulkhead has been carpet lined and provides room for bulky items such as coats and bedding. There is a removable table which can be stored underneath the seating when not in use.
There is a Dometic 9222 two hob gas burner/ sink combination unit. The hob is connected to the gas bottle by a 6mm copper pipe ( as per manufacturers recommendation). The gas bottle is housed in a gas locker cabinet which is fitted in the kitchen unit cabinet.
The sink has an electric pump to feed cold water through . The clean water and waste water containers are both 16L capacity and have a choice of caps.
There is a Dometic 45L 12v compressor fridge.
The van has an Autoterm diesel heater.
The electrics have been installed by a qualified auto electrical firm and include a new 12v leisure battery, electric hook up, ceiling spotlights, reading light, kitchen light and USB charging point.
There are bespoke curtains lined with blackout material which provides full privacy.
The seating area converts into a full length double bed measuring approx 110 x 200 cm (6’ 3” in old money).
A standard double bed measures approx 135 width ( to give you a comparison).
The seating cushions fit snuggly together on the base to provide a comfortable sleeping area.
The seating/ bed lifts up to provide storage underneath.
