This Campervan was built to be our home on wheels literally. It’s a studio apartment on wheels.
We had imagined living in it for years to come and travelling the UK and Europe, However Life had another plan for us, We recently welcomed a 3rd member to our family and have now settled down, but our driveway is a bit small for our campervan.
To be able to fit almost everything into a small space, alternative materials had to be used, so we used aluminium extrude to build the whole van structure, then lightweight poplar plywood for most things, for the rest we used composite panels which are lightweight and really strong.
We have a self-built murphy bed system that fits a 6-inch memory foam King Size Bed
2 Lagoon style tables
2 Meter Bench seat ( with storage under neath that we used to store our Mirider 1 electric bikes)
Full-Size Kitchen Sink with a Large prep area on a 2 Meter long Worktop,
