Conversion provides the kitchen essentials (fridge, sink with 12v water pump, fresh and waste water containers plus drawer) within lightweight ply cabinet topped with solid beechwood worktop. Further ample storage and table continue the theme.
Windows are fitted with blackout curtains and Thermal windscreen cover included.
115ah leisure battery charges when driving also from Victron Solar Panel and trickle charge from240v hook up cable, so no problems running led lights, usb sockets and fridge for those off grid trips. 240v hook up cable also included.
Gertie is fully insulated and carpet lined with beautiful oak veneer paneled ceiling.
If winter trips prove chilly the heater is directly fed by the fuel tank.
I have totally loved being out in Gertie….day trips, long weekends, a festival and a 500 mile 12 day trip have all reminded me how wonderful van life is.
Oh so why am I selling!? I need the funds to follow my dream and go larger van for longer travels.
