As part of the conversion this van has had a full exterior respray in raptor blue paint with satin black details. Professionally carried our by Tomos Lewis Body Shop in Lampeter. The base vehicle is a Mercedies Sprinter 311 MWB 2.1L Diesel
Previously used as a mobile mechanics van, possible the best type of previous owner. It has since been used by us off the road as additional storage through covid before we turned it into the beautiful camper van you see today. I had the van fully serviced and checked before we started the conversion, the old oil and filters still looked new however we had them replaced anyway. This van is in very good condition mechanically and the body work is like new.
Milleage – 99,700, as far as Sprinter miles are concern this is almost new. The engine runs as smooth and quiet as a brand new van

All of our campervans are built to be fully off grid for extended periods of time, so there is no need to rely on campsites.
What makes this camper ideal as an off-grid adventure rig:

This is the same set up as our own demo camper which can easily last 5 days before tanks need topping up / emptying and the 12v power never runs out.

2 Berth with fixed full size double bed and large garage underneath. Memory foam mattress topped with Reflex foam for extra comfort and support.
EvoMotion rear side Space Pod installed. This extends in internal width so the bed can be positioned width-ways freeing up a huge amount of living space. This setup allows for the same size living space you would find in a LWB van but in a MWB van small enough to fit in a normal parking space. Perfect for UK driving.
Fully insulated throughout including the floor, walls, doors and ceiling. We use a mixture of Celotex, thermal fleece, closed cell foam and reflective foil insulation depending on the location. A complete selection of pictures taken during the build will be available at the time of viewing so you know what is behind the panels.
Thermostatic 5kw diesel heater connected to the vans main fuel tank. This heater ducts to both the living space and garage area. The hot air can be shut off from the living space and left to only heat the garage area for clothes, wetsuits and towel drying. The heater also heats the 5L onboard hot water tank.
75L fresh water tank and water level gauge
5L Trauma hot water tank heated by either the diesel heater or mains hook up or both. This water gets extremely hot so when mixed with cold water through the mixer tap it creates around 15 to 20L of warm water.
12v Shurflo high pressure water pump and expansion tank delivers both hot and cold water to the sink tap / shower tap
3 x 130ah Leisure batteries creating a total of 390ah 12v battery power. This system is charged by a 240W slim (aerodynamic) solar panel through an 30A MPPT Epever Solar Charge Controller , 140amp split charger when driving and 240 hookup with smart battery charger when on a campsite.
Hook up also powers 2 x 240v internal sockets and the water heater
USB and 12v power points are positioned throughout the camper along with LED lighting
The 12v remote controlled ceiling Maxx Fan blows cool air in the summer and can be set to extract when cooking, showering or toileting
The Kitchen
Sleek black 2 ring gas hob
Sunken ceramic sink with hot / cold mixer tap. The stylish sink is surrounded by a mini splashback made from reclaimed, handmade tiles from Mexico, adding a nice quirky touch to this modern camper.
The worktop is made from lightweight stained pine and can be extended with the side flappy bit we have all come to expect and love.
65L Apicool fridge freezer with removable freezer compartment to create a bigger fridge. This fridge is the only 12v fridge powered by an LG compressor. Its ultra light and very efficient.
Leather handles operate the very deep soft close draws and cupboards.
The sink tap pulls out to become the trigger operated shower head for the pop up shower cubicle opposite.
Our pop-up shower cubicle solutions provides much needed kitchen work top space when closed and privacy for the toilet when open. When the included shower curtain is connected to 4 simple hooks above you have a full size shower cubicle, bottom half tiled, top half curtain. Full size camper shower cubicles take up so much space but are also tiny when inside, resulting in bruised elbows when washing. Our solution provides a watertight base with full freedom of movement for your arms thanks to the top half being a curtain.
Living Space
Complete privacy with tinted slide open side windows with blackout curtains and a black out windscreen blind for the cab windows.
Fixed 2 seater sofa with upholstered Reflex foam cushions. Huge hidden chest storage underneath.
Double front passenger swivel seat. When not driving the double seat can be turned to face the rear, turning the living room area into a 4 seater social space. It also allows access to and from the cab without having to go outside.
Turn the living room into a dining room / office with the removable fully adjustable table leg and pine table top to match the rest of the surfaces.
Storage
Huge amounts of storage throughout including overhead units, chest storage, soft close draws and cupboards.
The garage area under the bed has been fitted with a tough rubber floor and can be accessed from the living space as well as the back doors. The area is big enough for bikes to stand upright. A slide out bike tray being an option if you want us to fit one.
Full size double bed. Traditional Fixed position at the rear of the camper with a very large garage area underneath. Full size double memory foam mattress topped with 1 inch of Reflex foam for additional support and cooling technology. Being a MWB van the bed needed to be positioned so the users sleeps width-ways rather than the bed taking up all of the living space. We have fitted a side space pod to this camper which extends the rear internal width to 1.95 meters allowing plenty of space for most people to have a very comfy nights sleep.
