Vincent began life as a panel van but has since been thoughtfully converted to a high standard, Privacy glass on the rear barn doors and opening privacy glass on either side panel. A Fiamma vent 28 in the roof provides natural light and ventilation and a Flettner 2000 rotating roof vent provides constant ventilation when required. Every panel on the van with the exception of the bonnet has been lined with Silent Coat sound deadening, dramatically reducing road noise and improving the sound within the vehicles interior. The vehicle has been well insulated and combined with the well ventilated cabin it works well to create a comfortable space to habitat. As this is an all year round vehicle a thermostatically controlled Eberspacher D2 diesel heater is on hand to make even the coldest winter trips a pleasure, essential in my opinion! The van features a comprehensive electrical set up. A split-load charger supplies a large ampage leisure battery which provides ample power whilst parked up. A handy display shows the status of both batteries. 240v hook up is available whilst on site and a CTEK smart charger takes care of maintaining the leisure battery. Lighting options are: main ceiling spot lights (dimmable), over counter cooking/mood lighting, flexible reading light with usb and 2 rear spotlights…useful when outside at the rear of the van at night. Power is provided by a number of 3pin sockets and usb ports. A dedicated socket fed from an inverter provides power to the built in Smart TV/DVD essential for movie night! Smev’s 9222 combined sink and 2 burner gas hob provide you with cooking and washing facilities. A Dometic TCX35 works well to keep perishables fresh. There is under counter storage and various cubby holes around the vehicle. A secure built in safe gives you somewhere to store those more valuable items when necessary. The passanger bench seat rotates to make best use the space avalable. Vehicle specific lined curtains, a full length bulkhead curtain and Thermal cab screens really complete the cosy feel of the cabin. Externally the van features front window wind deflectors, a heavy duty Rhino roof bar system, towbar with electrics, Thule Pacific 200 large roof box, Fiamma 2 cycle carrier and a Road Shower 4 high pressure solar shower….ideal for a warm shower after a days activities or for washing down bikes and equipment.
