Van is in good overall condition, MOT November 2026. Had new brake pipes, drive shaft boot and suspension arm for last MOT. 6 speed manual gearbox works well and pulls in all gears. Clutch, gearbox and engine all good. Alternator, glow plugs, speed wheel sensor along with brake disk inc abs ring and wheel bearing. New van battery.
2 litre diesel engine in good running order. Serviced Nov 2025. New oil, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter. 2 new tyres on the rear, 2 good tyres on the front.
Body work is good for its age. No signs of rust. Few scrapes on the bumpers as you might expect for its age.

The van is insulated with 10mm close cell foam and recycled plastic bottle insulation.
Floor is covered by grey natural wood Lino.
Silver grey 4 way stretch carpet fitted to all ply panels, door cards and metal surfaces for a warming effect.
Sliding door has good quality curtains fitted with black out cab curtains making for a cosy nights sleep. Rear doors have net type storage pockets.
Sky light above the Kitchen to allow air flow, has built in 12v fan and LED lights.
CAN sink and hob. Gas is plumbed with a regulator for the camping Gaz 901/907 type bottle (not included) or CV 300/470 (470 included in sale). The cold water is fed from a 10 litre water tank containing a submersible pump with a waste tank of the same size.
There is a Subcold Aire45 LED Mini Fridge 45 litre capacity made specifically for hotel rooms and bedrooms, so is quite. Runs off 240v or the inverter.

12v and 240v electric setup.
12v system. 12v 130ah battery powers 4 LED spot lights, fanlights in the sky light, water pump, USB socket and USB-C sockets that are contained in a switch panel.
Battery is housed on a fixed battery tray with strap. 12v cut of switch fitted to disconnect all 12v device from the power source.
Small 650/1000w inverter provides power to the fridge or TVDVD player when hook up not connected.
Split charge relay fitted to charge the battery whilst engine is running.
240v system, external hook up point. 240v consumer unit with duel poll MCB/RCB). Single power socket to connect the 8amp battery charger, single power socket to plug in the fridge. Double and single sockets in black fitted to the on the outside of the unit. Artic blue cable used for all 240v wiring.
Table is stored on table mount on wall.
Portable solar comes with the Campervan (have never used or wired in to the van since we was given it).
