Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Passed MOT last month. Has had considerable amount of welding done since we have owned it but will need a lil bit more on back wheel arch ~ not an MOT fail and not expensive but worth doing.

Sliding side door with window. Sliding window above sink. Lots of light 🙂

This has been converted by myself for tree planting work ~ very well insulated and ply lined. Had help with the roof and walls from a guy who does professional van conversions. Two of us lived in it happily with dog for 2 years including in winter.

Features a 170W panel and leisure battery with electric phone charging plugs and lighting. Charge controller to monitor battery levels. Good leisure battery bought couple of years ago.

Bed is a hardcore plywood so can be used to carry heavy loads on too. Or you can rip the plywood out and start again with the bed base.

Plumbed in sink.

Van has 4 wheels at the back and diff lock. The diff lock worked when I got it but hasn’t been used lately so might need playing with. Has got me out of so many muddy situations up welsh forestry tracks where lorries and 4X4s normally go and very muddy farmers fields.

Conversion done but is very worky! A bit of tidying up and the van would make a beautiful space. Everything you need to do a festival season / tree planting season / day van or house for a small person! Gas bottle and stove has been taken out but the area for the gas bottle to live is still there and I can include the old stove if you would like.

Can include small gas camping stove / and everything you need to have dinner if you want to wander away with it immediately and enjoy the beaches of pembrokeshire if you’re coming from far away.

Buyer welcome to view but can only be on specific days because of my work schedule. I’m happy to provide as much information as needed and can provide videos etc in advance.

Things I would do if I was keeping the van:

Back wheel arch will need a lil bit of welding before next MOT probably. Underseal needs redoing. Lil bit of rust on body work that will need doing. No structural issues that I can tell and nothing has come up on last few MOTS to be an issue.

Back light could do with replacing as is cracked (I fixed this with red tape but tape has come off) you can pick one up on ebay for £30.

Silver duct tape on wing mirror where someone smashed the back. Is in one piece just looks unsightly. You don’t need a new one. Could fix with plastic if you’re a bit DIY.

Fuel gauge intermittently works. Apparently this is the sensor in the tank and is an easy fix. Just haven’t got around to it as doesn’t bother me!

Back door handle could do with replacing. Still works but is cracked.

Van is a beast and it is so rare to see another one like this. I owned it and lived in it for 2 years and it’s now owned by my mother and little brother.

Has some serious mario stickers as my little brother is obsessed. I will provide some goo be gone spray if you aren’t as big of a Mario fan.

Will just keep going and going If you give it some loving care!

Conversion Description

Hand fabricated roof rack and panel.
2X USB sockets by bed. Small reading light and big LED strip light.
Fully insulated roof / doors / walls kingspan and fire proof foil / ply lined with quality plywood.
Double bed.
Installed wood burner with plate big enough for large frying pan. Wood burner is large for the van but stays in perfectly and no need to overload it. Has kept me toasty and dry when I’ve really needed it.

Beds Description

Big double bed.
