Charming classic Royal Mail van converted into a day / weekend camper. Sad sale as it’s time for us to upgrade to a van for some bigger adventures.
Perfect for taking the scenic route on those long summer days. The royal snail is the ideal camper van to take you around the english countryside, she is surprisingly agile through the south west country lanes and loves to cruise along on A roads at 50mph.
When camping she feels like a cosy cabin with wood-panel ceiling and comfortable bespoke cushions.
A real head turner with the custom Royal Snail decal and bright red panels. At traffic lights, in car parks, almost everywhere she gets people smiling.
Has very low millage due to being not used by Royal Mail and then having a run as a floristry van before becoming the camper van.

She was pretty perfect but we have made our own tweeks including upgrading to new hardwearing professionally made box cushion covers.
As with all vehicle, especially ones of this age, she has a few quirks. The rear doors are secure and lock but only open from the inside; a new key barrel might be the fix. Well maintained non-turbo diesel engine which on first start needs time to warm-up. She start first time every time and drives great, but slow and steady these engines will rarely go above 60mph. Radio headunit is temperamental we just use a portable speaker for tunes.
