LOW MILEAGE FORD TRANSIT L3H3 Off Grid Van Conversion

This ford transit was designed and built for life on the road with function at the forefront and a simple but modern interior. 
Great for hunkering down in cooler climates or throwing open the doors and living that indoor / outdoor lifestyle. A true home on the road, which feels comfortable wherever you may be parked, with smaller vent windows for security and privacy, a bulk head between cab and living space and extra locks for when you are away from the van.
Electrical system was professionally upgraded to a new victron system in 2025 (see details below) and van batteries have been replaced with 2 x new ones June 2026.

We’ve had many amazing adventures in the van throughout the UK and Europe and it’s been the perfect home on wheels and never let us down. We will be sad to see it go, but it deserves to be used for more new adventures, not parked on our driveway – at only 87,383 miles it has many more adventures in it!

The Living Space:
– Full size fixed double bed with next to new Ikea mattress as has only been used for about a month total since purchasing. Bed is full length as recessed into the wall panels. W 135cm x L 190cm x D 12cm
– Bench seat which can convert into a small single bed suitable for a child, or the odd guest.
– Large under-bed space with opening into living space, designed for a dog bed, but also useful as accessible storage from both living area and rear doors. We have transported & stored a 9ft surfboard here.
– Lagun swivel table perfect for dining, extra worktop space, socialising, working and watching movies.
– Overhead cupboard storage above bed and kitchen, as well as inside the bench.
– Additional large storage compartment in garage area, accessible through rear doors.
– Fully fitted kitchen with drawers, cupboards and larder area. Designed for functionality with ample oak work top space.
– Large dual zone fridge freezer – perfect for long stints off grid.
– 12v tap and deep sink. Running water from 10l fresh water jerry can underneath sink, as well as additional jerry cans in the garage space. Grey water also underneath sink. Portable jerry cans give ease of filling up with fresh water, wherever you may be.
– Primus 2 burner portable Kinija stove which fits perfectly in kitchen drawer to save worktop space when not in use. Perfect for use both indoors and outdoors.
– Gas safe locker to store gas canisters
– 4 x lighting options inside to offer brightness or a cosier feel

External Features:
