2013 Vauxhall Movano F3500 CDTI 100 – L3H2 (long wheel base) converted campervan. Van has been converted by a former boat builder – comes with two folders with manuals, invoices and history etc. Spare key and steering wheel lock included.

2298 cc engine. Manual transmission (6 speed) and diesel fuel. Van drives well, no mechanical issues, very comfortable for travelling and handles well. Brand new battery installed September 2021.

2x grey leather captains swivel chairs in front with 2x 3-point fixed belted seats in the dinette area – handy if travelling with kids or friends. Reversing camera and Bluetooth stereo. This van has been built with storage in mind – ample storage (even when living full time in the van – we still have space in the cupboards).

7 months remaining on MOT – due 16 April 2022. No major issues in previous MOT history – happy to share registration plate number so you can do your own checks. We have an RAC report on the van from April 2021, which we are happy to share with anyone interested. We will get the van serviced ahead of handover.

POWER/LIGHTING/GAS/WATER/HEATING
A single 110 amp leisure battery stored in wall (easily accessed) – providing 12 volt supply for lights, water pump, stove ignitor, 12 volt charging sockets.

Sargent EC115 power supply unit in cupboard above table which handles all 240 volt and 12 volt circuits and battery charging. 240 volt hookup for onsite power. 4x 240 volt sockets, 2x 12 volt sockets (plus two in driving cabin which run off vehicle battery when driving) and 2x USB sockets. 6x LED down lights throughout the van plus 1x LED light in bathroom. In the ceiling are 2x Dometic Heki roof lights – one above the dinette and one above the bed . 2x Dometic windows in dinette and 2x Dometic windows in rear doors (by the bed). All roof lights and windows can be opened and have built in blinds and fly screens.

The gas supply is a 13 litre Calor canister, contained within a very sturdy fibreglass lay up store cupboard. This cupboard is only accessible from outside the vehicle and is fitted with a gas drop out. Completely separate from habitation area for safety and gas taps inside the van to control flow of gas to fridge, cooker and hot water (another safety feature). Van is fitted with a carbon monoxide detector.

Hot and cold pressurised water with a 90 litre underslung fresh water tank and a 75 litre underslung grey water tank. Fresh water filling point on the outside of van. The hot water and heating is provided by a Truma Combi heater that provides hot blown air for heating and works on either gas or 240 volt electric.

With the combination of leisure battery and gas supply – 240 volt hook up has not been essential for us. We spend most of our time without powered sites and have never had issues.

DINING AREA
Driver and passenger chairs can rotate to face dining area, dinette table is removable with secure stowage space, bench seat in dining area (2 belted seats). In floor fibreglass storage compartment under table. Two windows and a skylight which provide light and air flow.

BATHROOM
Custom built fully fibreglass seamless waterproof bathroom. Bathroom contains a Thetford cassette chemical toilet with external access to the waste tank, sailing-type shower with squeeze trigger which is excellent for water efficiency, and a fold-away sink. Opening roof hatch in bathroom provides source of light and ventilation.

KITCHEN
The galley is equipped with a Thetford Spinflo Triplex 3 burner hob and oven, a glass covered washing up sink and a Dometic 3 way fridge/freezer. The fridge/freezer runs off 240 volt or gas, or the vehicles 12 volt system when driving. The position of the fridge is extremely handy as it is at standing height so easy to access. Plenty of storage cupboards in the kitchen and storage baskets on the shelves under the fridge. We are selling with all kitchen equipment (i.e. cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, storage baskets etc – most of which are less than 4 months old).

BEDROOM
The bed is a full double and can be raised for big item storage under the bed (however our preference has been to have the bed permanently set up and made). The mattress is a professionally made custom 3 piece which is extremely comfortable and in excellent condition (mattress protector has always been used). 2x cupboards on both ends of the bed which we use to store clothing and 2x cupboards between bathroom and bed – which we use the top as a pantry and the bottom for misc storage. Two large cupboards under each end of the bed for additional storage which can be accessed via rear doors or from under the bed. We generally use these cupboards to store outdoor chairs and table, BBQ, power cord, hose, levelling ramps (all of which is included in the sale). In the void underneath the bed, we have been storing our bikes and there are several anchor points to use to secure items stored under bed. There is a TV aerial installed (however we have never used it), we instead have a tablet mount under the cupboard which we use for our IPad to watch Netflix etc in bed.

OUTSIDE
Mounted to outside of van is a full van length Fiamma F65s awning, which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

We are only selling as we are moving back to New Zealand to live. We have been out travelling in the van and exploring the UK and Ireland full time for the last 3 months. Ideally the van will be available second week in October (as we are currently still travelling in the van), however we would be happy to agree an earlier takeover date with new owner if requested. We are happy to spend time with the new owner before handover explaining how everything works, sharing our experiences, things we have learnt etc.
