All the interior units are built in laser-cut marine ply, by a boatbuilder. Great attention to detail and clever design features. Off Grid living, with roof mounted solar panel which charges the leisure battery.
There is an electric heater at floor level. Hot and cold water in the sink and shower (shower tap & pump replaced last year) and electric 240V hook up option.
There is a table that pulls out and then stores away, seating 3 people in the sofa/bed area. Lots of soft close cupboards, plus more cubby-hole storage at the back. Under the seats there is more storage, including the water tank for sink/shower.
The kitchen has an under counter fridge, microwave and 2 ring gas hob . The sink has a glass cover, which extends the worktop area.
There is a wet room at the back, with shower and cupboard for the portable toilet. Gas bottle neatly stows away in a pull down cupboard. Grey water collection bottle.
The ceiling lights are operated by a switch, or by pushing the light itself; light by the door operates separately from the main circuit.
A very comfortable and cosy space at night, with side and roof windows you can open. Also included are custom-made magnetic curtain/blinds for privacy.
We are selling as we gained a third family member since we bought the van, and the van only sleeps two.
We run a nice little campsite near a beautiful gem of a beach in Wales, so if you are thinking of coming to view, you could stay at our site and even stay in the van as we do rent it out for glamping at the campsite.
