Things that need work:
The shower room needs to be finished; it is built and has been tanked (waterproofed) but the boards need to be fitted and the shower needs to be fitted. All the stuff to do it is there, but it just needs to be completed.
Olive is a rare find, a spacious, solid, character-filled motorhome that works perfectly as a family adventure vehicle or full-time home on wheels. She’s been built and used with care, and this is a genuinely reluctant sale because of a divorce 😔

Stunning natural conversion. ‘Olive’ has been described as the most beautiful conversion people have seen.
There is an open plan layout that you just don’t get in many vans, truly unique. The front of the van has the children’s professionally fitted seats; safety is paramount. These are next to the bathroom with their own shelves so they can accsess magazines/ games etc while driving.
going towards the middle of the bus you have a full kitchen on the left with ample storage, a giant 90l fridge and 4 ring thetford burner. There is plaenty of workspace and a big sink.
On the other side of the bus is the original library bus sliding door, this let’s in a lot of natural light
as you go further back again you ahve the lounge/ dining room area with comfy sofa and a table for the family to eat at.
Then further back again you have the bed area with a king size bed, 2 bunk beds and a play den/ library next to the full length window.
The whole conversion makes it feel like an apartment rather than a van
A full king size bed that you can use width-wise if you want during the day, but it extends over the sofa to make a giant king size bed. This gives you the ease of having your bed set up and not having to find storage for the duvets/pillows, etc but the comfort of a full king-size bed. It is the best of both worlds.
Next to the king-size bed are two children’s bunk beds, underneath these is a children’s library/ play den
