After many wonderful adventures in Nessie, we’re reluctantly downsizing to a weekend getaway van.

We’ve had some amazing trips in Nessie – in Scotland, Cornwall, Spain and France.

Although high mileage, the engine is in great condition, with the timing belt kit was changed in 2019 at 70k miles. We’ve replaced the fuel pump, fuel valve system and redid the injectors.

Bed description:
Fold out king size bed, with memory foam mattress cushion – always sleep best in our van, the bed is bigger than our normal one!

Conversion description:
We converted Nessie ourselves in 2020, in has a bohemian feel with pine cladding.

Insulation
It was really important to us that the van was super warm during our winter surf trips, so wanted to keep it cosy and condensation free. We used celotex 10cm on the walls and slightly less on the ceiling.

Kitchen
The van comes with a in built gas cooker and kitchen workspace, with a beautiful oak countertop.

Living area
When the bed is folded away, the living area converts to a two long being seating area approx 1.5m long each storage underneath, and a screw in table top down the middle.

Storage
The van has heaps of storage. We raised the floor to create space for 4 surfboards, including our 9 foot 6 inch longboard. There’s plenty of storage under the living area benches, as well as under and above the kitchen area for all your cooking equipment and fridge.
