I am selling my lovely van as I only used her once during the last year, which is shocking I know but due to other unexpected family commitments I was not able to enjoy her more. This is why I am selling as “New” as she was a new conversion when I bought her and it is just as I bought it with a few extra additions. Sadly, I have to sell it as I am now buying a house and I am in need of the funds. I also feel that I am not using it as I planned too due to other commitments that have come up and so it seems right to sell it to someone who will really enjoy it as she is such a lovely van. She is a really cute van with lots of wood used for the decoration inside and lots of other nice features. She would be ideal as your own personal van but also to rent out too if you were interested. Quirky campers have already said they would love to have her as one of their rentals. Since I bought her she has had installed a Thatcham approved tracker, which is necessary for your insurance. I bought a portaloo and an attachable outdoor shower curtain to make it more private for you when using the hot shower. I also bought a detachable awning to add extra space if needed. The awning has an extra bedroom area and a living room space. You can see the attached photo for images of the awning too. This cost me nearly £400 and has only been used once like the van so is as new. I installed a small detachable wooden table that can be used as a desk or as a dining table. She also has a recent gas safety certificate, which you would need if you planned to rent her but also for your own assurance that the gas installation is all good. She can be viewed in North London area.

She also just had a recent MOT which expires March 2025 which she sailed through without any advisories. She also has a low mileage so lots more life in her still.
