We have had the van 3 years, conversion was undertaken by a Polish couple (not us).Van is located in Fife, Scotland. Selling due to new project. This is a great investment for anyone looking to have a van for adventures both short and long term.
We’ve had the van for 3 years, it was purchased from a Polish couple who did the conversion themselves using recycled wood and materials which add to its quirky nature.
It was designed as a simple off-grid camper. The couple actually lived in it full time (and survived the beast from the East!).
The conversion is simple and cosy. There’s nothing fancy, it’s very straightforward. We haven’t had time to much to it since we purchased it but buyer could seriously pimp up the exisiting wooden structure or use it (like we have) as is.
The back bench pulls out down the length of the vehicle to create a comfortable double bed. (Fits owner who is 6ft 4!)
Back bench as is measures 110 deep x 158cm wide which leaves the floor space of 160 x 134 wide.
There is a wooden panel that pulls out into the van and is secured by 3 legs to create a longer bed this measures 123 wide x 183cm long.
When this panel is pulled out it leaves about 30cm/1ft down one side (by the sink and cooker) so you can stand and walk around.
And there is floor space at the end of the pull out bed 110 wide (to the wood stove) by 85cm so you can stand up, get dressed, etc with the bed still being fully out.
The contact details for this vehicle are no longer available because it has either sold or the listing has expired.
