This campervan was initially built for myself, using my skills and knowledge as an electrician, with help from my grandad and uncle, both carpenters. The van has not yet been used to camp although has been on a maiden voyage for photo shoot. I planned to live in the van full time; however, I have recently purchased my first property, which requires a lot of work. Therefore, I am reluctantly selling the van to fund renovations. Whoever decides to own this van is getting a fantastic vehicle that was built with a lot of planning and love.
The van’s interior is clean, bright and modern. There are phone-controlled colour changeable LEDs under the floor kitchen units to give a nice glow effect on the durable vinyl wood effect flooring. They are also dimmable, creating a relaxing environment. The seating is comfortable, with four fitted foam cushions. They have custom covers that are removable and washable. The custom table can be lowered; in turn, using cushions creates a double bed. The convertible seating area makes it a functional space for meals, work, and board games, and the tall pine-clad ceiling creates a spacious interior. It is a joy to be in.
The kitchen area has ample cupboards with removable storage boxes below the counter. Above these are soft close cabinets, providing extra storage. There is a stainless-steel sink with an automatic electric pump. The sink has a glass lid that allows for a more usable worktop area when closed. Two water tanks are interchangeable; the larger wastewater tank can be easily removed and emptied when required. Three white led lights above the kitchen counter are controllable from either of the two-way switches. A grey stone effect splash-back surrounds the kitchen.
The van has been designed to have extra storage above the cab (driver and passenger seats). This is perfect for extra blankets, pillows etc. The elasticated cargo net keeps items secure. A hidden removable panel is accessible from the sliding door, which runs the entire van width, ideal for deckchairs, tables and potentially a small surfboard.
*Seating area*
– Spacious area with comfy foam seating.
– Custom, removable seat cushions for easy washing.
– Comfortably seats four people.
– Charging ports in the benches for phones, laptops, tablets, portable projectors, cameras etc.
– Plenty of storage under all seating (seat lids are on custom hinges for easy access).
*Insulation*
– Combination of 50mm Kingspan insulation board on the floor, recycled plastic insulation, and expanding spray foam for those harder-to-reach areas. Lots of insulation material went into the build (very high insulation performance).
– Automotive sound deadening material on all wall panels and the roof.
*Windows & Ventilation*
– Deluxe fan system in kitchen area with adjustable opener and built-in lights. The air in/air out option is helpful to create airflow (perfect if leaving pets inside the vehicle or during a hot night).
– Window with sliding opening function. Fantastic for circulation during warmer weather or when cooking (combined with the ceiling fan).
– Lovely porthole window in the rear door for extra light.
*Electrics*
– Leisure battery – 200AH Lion 12v.
– MPPT Solar and B2B Charge controller (charges batteries as you drive and charges batteries from solar panel). Includes a display unit to read the state of batteries and to charge.
– LG Solar Panel – 300W, the same solar panel used on houses.
– 20ah battery charger – This smart charger cycles through different charging profiles to charge/recondition your batteries and keep them in good health.
– Pure sine wave inverter – 380w 12v (with on/off/eco switch).
– USB ports x7 (2 on wall near bed area, 2 (fast charge) on bench seat, 2 (fast charge) in kitchen area, one on reading light).
– 240v sockets x4 (2 in seating area, 2 in kitchen area).
– 12 port 12v fuse box.
– 240v fuse box.
– Dimmable LED colour change lights underfloor kitchen cabinets.
– Under high cabinet LED lighting x3.
– Roof Fan – Deluxe roof vent fan with built-in LED.
– Ceiling full-length LED strip lights flush mounted x2.
– Diesel heater with remote control. A hot air vent is located on the end of the bench seat to allow quick heating of the entire van. A digital display controller is fitted on the side of the bench seat. A must-have in winter.
This van deserves loving owners and requires plenty of adventures. Open to sensible negotiations.

*Bed and surrounding area*
– Comfy double mattress easily be created from the four individual seat pieces. The custom made zip up covers, can easily be removed for machine wash.
– Quick charge USB ports near bedside
– Adjustable LED reading light with USB charger. Cozy carpeted walls at each end of the bed.
– All lights are easily switchable from bed via the 2 way switches located near by.
