Gas – Truma Combi Plus boiler for hot water & heating throughout the van. Electric or Gas powered. Gas inlet/ Gaslow refillable cylinder so no bottle replacement needed, fill up at the garage. Gas safety certificate when first built has run out but Habitation check 09/2025.
Plumbing & Shower – All John West plumbing components, hot & cold water. x2 tanks – one waste/ one fresh. Shurflo water pump.

Habitation check done this month. Only advisory was slight damp around the shower (was told this was very normal with campervans and just requires heating and de-humidifier to fix). Everything else green “very good conversion”

Super spacious, comfortable and homely. Absolute blessing to be able to wake up, open the curtains and view the world out of the double doors. All the mod cons – no expense spared. Built 2024 – unfortunately selling as it was built for 2 people but only one of me now and life has taken a new direction. Open to Offers
