🪚 LAYOUT/CONSTRUCTION

This is the first North Twin conversion by Outlaw Motorhomes and will be ready for collection May 2024.
Built with a boutique hotel vibe in mind, this highly unique professional conversion provides fully off-grid comfort and living for two adults. As you enter, you have a comfortable L-shape seating area with ample storage including slide out luggage shelf. The seating cushions have been lovingly upholstered by The Skull Shed in a luxurious grey (fire retardant) material that is not only sumptuous but easy to clean. The main feature of the lounge area is the unique curved Slat-Lite wall that forms the wet room / drying room, a superb feature that allows the users to either shower within the van, use the slide out toilet, or activate the drying room to dry wet clothing after your outdoor adventures. Opposite the wet room / drying room is a beautifully designed kitchenette that includes a double gas hob, sink, fridge / freezer, and prep area with coffee machine. To the rear of the motorhome is the bed-pod, which is another wonderful feature. The bed-pod provides a high-end boutique hotel feel with luxurious faux leather fabrics, LED warm lighting on dimmer switch, and full size skylight for gazing at the stars. The bed-pod skylight is 750 x 500 allowing two adults to easily stand within the bed-pod with your heads out the roof to look at the view. The bed-pod includes a small double memory foam mattress providing an incredibly comfortable nights sleep.

⚡️ 🔋ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The North Twin is a fully off-grid system that includes solar panels on the roof (350W), Victron MultiPlus 2000W, Cerbo GX control system with touch screen, Victron Orion DC-DC, and Fogstar Drift Pro Lithium battery (280Ah). The system is super easy to use, the Cerbo touch screen displays how much energy you are using, how much energy you are creating, and allows you to monitor all aspects of your usage including water tanks sensors for both your fresh water (92L) and Grey Waste (62L). This fully off-grid system allows you to stay fully off-grid for days at a time in the winter and full time during Spring / Summer. The motorhome also has Shore hook-up when staying on-site.

🔥💧HEATING AND WATER SYSTEM

The North Twin uses a JP Heating Combi system for both hot water and blown hot air heating. The heating system is controlled from a small screen within the lounge area allowing you to set your preferred temperature within the living space. Even within the depths of winter or in minus temperatures, you can have the living space cosy and warm within 12-15 minutes. The heating system uses four hot air ducts that blow hot air into the garage area, kitchen / lounge area, and the wet room / drying room.

🚿 🚾 🌞WET ROOM / DRYING ROOM

One of the unique features of the North Twin is the spacious off-set quadrant wet room. At 800mm depth and 1000mm wide the room is plenty big enough to step into, undress without banging your arms or feeling you are stuck in a cupboard. The luxurious wet room is fully insulated and lined using 10mm shower panels. With a discreet black tambour door you can access the porta-loo, you can use the wet room as a standard home style shower, or crank up the heating and use this awesome space to get undressed and dry your wet gear after your outdoor mountain adventures.

😴 💤 BED-POD

The North Twin has a raised bed-pod at the rear above the garage area. This unique design allows you to keep your bed made up at all times, no need to keep packing it away. Designed and built with a high-end boutique hotel vibe, the walls of the bed-pod are lined with faux leather automotive fabric which is not only luxurious to touch and feel but it is easy to clean and maintain. Recessed LED light strips provide a warm glow within the pod and are controlled from a dimmer switch. Directly over the bed is a full size sky light (750 x 500) that includes black out blind and fly-screen. The bed uses a standard small memory foam mattress that has been professionally adapted to fit and provides a bed space of 120 x 185cm meaning a 6ft adult can sleep full width in comfort.

☕️ 🍳 KITCHENETTE

The North Twin is fully equipped for off-grid living with a double gas hob with electric ignition, sink with hot and cold water, 45L fridge / freezer, electrical sockets with USB charging points, Nespresso Coffee pod machine, and preparation area. You also have decent under counter storage for food and cleaning items.

🛄GARAGE AREA

The garage area of the North Twin is where you can access your electrical system and heating system. There is also a decent amount of space here for luggage, general storage, and would easily accommodate bikes should you want to carry them.
