2014 ( 64 plate ) Mercedes sprinter 319 ( V6 ) medium wheel base high top van. 125,000 miles 4×4, plus low range. 6 speed manual , Air con, cruise control, heated mirrors, reversing camera. swivel drivers chair. Running BF ko2 tyres.
This van has been our home on wheels for a lot of trips covering 30,000 miles since purchasing. It was once a Chubb fire & security van which when we purchased it in 2019 from the previous owner he couldn’t track the service history down but it would have been on a service contract so I had no concerns when we bought it.
Since we’ve owned it it’s been maintained meticulously by either Mercedes or more recently the great guys at venture 4×4 who look after a few of these now and know there stuff. It had a full service including all drivetrain oils last year.
We have all the service history since ownership The V6 is really a dream of an engine and pulls so well. Averaging 20-23mpg on long runs. The van fully loaded with us in for trips is bang on 3.5 tonnes so can be driven on a normal license as long as you don’t go mad with extras! The vans been barn stored since we’ve owned it so has helped keep the worst of the weather off, it has age related marks & dinks with a few specs of rust. ( some on the repainted wheels mostly) as you’d expect on a vehicle like this but underneath it’s as clean as a whistle.

The conversion.
Carried out by SSL conversions Ringwood back in 2020 ( pre covid ) to an extremely high standard. Please see pics for most of the spec broken down. But has a :
