This conversion was done over last winter 2022/23. We designed it this way to have more kitchen area and space rather than trying to cram everything into it. It has a fixed double bed with loads of storage underneath which is accessible from the rear doors. The side seating area easily converts into a comfortable single bed, which we have successfully used for our grandson. The kitchen area has a grey high gloss finish to the doors and draws. It has a built in gas hob, sink and a rise and fall power point with USB ports. The flooring is a high quality laminate, the ceiling lights are all recessed and comprise of 12V & 240V, it has 2 skylights & 2 windows. In between the 2 side seats is a fridge with a pull out table above the fridge. The 2 side seats both have lift up tops one side has a large Truma water heater and the other one is for extra storage. There is a built in 32inch JVC TV which is connected to an OMNI directional aerial so the reception is excellent. It also has a sound bar that connects to the TV & it also connects to iPad iPhone etc via Bluetooth so you can play your music through it. We have used the van this year so for hygiene reasons I have just replaced the double mattress with a brand new memory foam mattress.

The van has 240v hook up, 12v supply, 240v inverter, solar power & calor gas supply. Also comes with water butt, water waste butt, 240v hook up cable and lots of other bits and bobs including a Thetford porta potti.
The van drives perfect and everything works as it should.
