INTRO

This camper is one of a kind. What’s on offer is a professionally crafted camper van conversion. The interior is second to none. A lot of time, thought, and precision went into the making of this van. The outcome is quite simply stunning, and something I’m super proud of. I’m sure once you see for yourself you will agree.

A little about me: I am a carpenter by trade, with love for woodwork and design. I have spent the last 1.5. years living in Bristol, building camper vans for a living. This is what I do. Between my business partner and I, we build and sell vans that have been professionally converted, with top end carpentry, electrical systems, and water systems. This van was a personal project of mine, and is a product of my experience within carpentry, and camper van conversions specifically.

I purchased the van in April 2021, and spent the most of last year building it. The van has barely been used since. My partner and I tested her a few times in Cornwall, and she performed perfectly. We just recently took the van to the west coast of Scotland, as this was something we wanted to do before selling it. This was the only real use she has had, and it couldn’t have gone any better. We were away for just over a week in total, drove a total of 1700 miles, and accessed some extremely remote areas. We didn’t encounter a single problem, wether that be mechanically, or with the conversion itself. The experience has made it very hard for us to part with the van, but we can’t wait to find her a new home.

The van has just passed an MOT with no issues whatsoever, which expires in a year. I have also just replaced the starter motor, which I have receipts for. I have kept all paper work since owning the vehicle.

CONVERSION

The conversion of this van is unlike most other vans on the market. It is packed with amazing features, and comes fully equipped with high quality, user friendly water/gas/electrical systems. Living in the van is extremely comfortable, as this was something that was important to us. There is plenty of room inside to walk, stand and move around. There is plenty of storage throughout the van, with all spaces completely maximised, and of course, she is beautiful. Everything has been well thought out from the beginning and it really shows.

WATER

-Large 70L water tank, refillable via hose attachment, and water level gauge
-12V pump & strainer
-Fiamma Water Expansion Tank Accumulator A20, which creates smooth and even water flow
-Eccotemp portable tankless water heater, with shower head (outdoor shower)
-36L Grey water tank, with external valve to empty
-All pipes insulated, and connections water tight
-Manual valves on pipes, to control water flow

GAS

-Gaslow 11kg refillable cylinder with level gauge & exterior filling point
-cylinder is encased in a completely sealed box, with a drop vent, as per the requirements for a gas sign-off. This vehicle does not have a gas sign-off, but everything has been done to a professional standard, as per the sign-off requirements.
-Black glass 2 burner gas hob
-Gas also heats the water for outdoor shower
-Manual valves on gas pipes, to control gas flow
