Sad to Sell this family Camper I built during COVID but wife wants a caravan. Very functional like myself so no frilly bits, put together for practical use and limitation on weight so can be used,. and is used as a day van also, we regular take it out to the zoo or have stayed numerous times at hook up sites for two weeks at a time. I Designed this to have a double bed and bunk bed then as the kids get older switch out the bunk for more space in the back its been built modular so can be changed and adjusted as you and your family grow. Comes with a full height drive away awning Eurotrail ‘Bilboa’ perfect for those long stays when you want to pop in and out of campsite leaving it all setup for your return.

Its setup as described above but could be easily adjusted to off grid use by changing the electric DC heater for a diesel or gas one, i didn’t do this because of budget restraints as didn’t fancy getting a cheap chinese one plus we mainly use heater when hooked up to mains. Front and rear AC is great in this vehicle everyone super cool in summer and if parked up with engine running you heat the back up independently then keep it toasty before the heater warms up.

Listed with DVLA as 5 seater minibus, was 370 but downgraded to 350 but still has uprated suspension. So CLASS 4 normal vehicle MOT. Can be driven on 3.5t licence and is no different to a 350, its because it has rear AC which adds some weight so ford made it a 370.

Full fleet service (invoiced sheets) until I purchased, since then serviced every 3000 miles or 6 months these engines will last for a long time if you change the oil twice as often as necessary and change the fuel filter using proper ford parts only. Now at 98k.
Factory rust proofing underneath which has been reapplied by me this month after MOT. Its transit so you can expect rust but this vehicle has been checked every service and rust sorted out as soon as, but of course expect to see some if you look hard enough. It is 15 years old.
New Clutch and DMF OEM spec fitted 100 miles ago.
New fan belt and viscous fan.
Uprated air filter.
EGR is new and ford.
Inlet Manifold replaced and head cleaned.
You will get 40MPG laden out of this van. Remap helps with this.
All new steering components. Inc steering rack and leather wheel from a focus.
Near rear brakes. Fronts good.

Double din Apple carplay google drive, Pioneer stereo included with HDMI Connection, for console or tablet and uprated speakers.
Rear reversing camera I use as a rear veiw also so is on permanently.
This van fully loaded up with luggage and roof box still comes in at under 3T unladen is 2.5T.
Roof Bars
Fully insulated. Curtains throughout. Front windscreen/windows cover and curtain between cab and back. Floor is kingspan, roof and sides are eco wool and expanding foam. Rock and roll bed which can be moved on runners also to create space for rear passengers or rear cargo. This can also completely be removed from vehicle. Bunk bed and seating which is used as sofa in the day. Practical beds designed for children. Bed on top of swivel front seats. when front seats are turned carpeted ply from back can be used for 5th berth.
Roof Lining. original minibus roof lining that i have recovered in black using correct materrials notr carpet.
Cargo Hooks. To secure the load area with all your gear and no risk of breakges or objects flying in to the front.
Cassette toilet under seat. very easy to get to from rear seating.
Control panel to isolate lights and usb and check battery voltage. removable frdige can be run on DC independently or on 240v
200w Solar system with 100ah AGM battery’s ( no gas leaking but sealed in gas boxes) charging secondary factory battery under drivers seat also.
display on drivers seat box for starter and back up battery voltage. No inverter but wiring is in place to set this up pretty easily i have a little 1000w one i would wire in when i went away on my own. Gas canister is in fire safe storage unit, i have a spare with sale also for easy refill.

I have covered the panels inside with coloured vinyl which can be easily removed and painted or replaced with any colour of your choice. My plan this year was to cover with a transparent vinyl then get the kids to paint on the inside to create graffiti effect.

DC connections throughout. 6 USB. 12v external supply for awning.

20a external mains hookup to a 20a DC supply and charger unit for leisure batts. External socket to supply awning. 5 sockets inside inc one for microwave. USB on mains sockets also.

Water hook up

Gas oven, Electric DC heater that runs through factory heating in rear. Mk7 fiesta full leather swivel drivers seat. Mk8 swivel passenger seats. Removable tow bar. Ladder for roof access.
