Rare converted MWB Fiat Ducato, low mileage

We have converted the van ourselves, and are sad to be selling due to an expanding family and change in personal circumstances.
This is a lovely cosy van, with everything you need but plenty of scope to add additional features if intending to use the van full time. The van is capable of being off grid but also has external electric hook up.

The kitchen consists of:
• A small stainless steel sink with cold water tap. There is a 30 psi Shurflo water pump, run on 12v and connected to a 20L fresh water tank in the garage. Waste water can be diverted either into a waste water tank or out the bottom of the van.
• A two-burner gas hob connected to a butane gas bottle in a locker at the back of the van which has a drop down air vent. A gas safety certificate will be provided along with a carbon monoxide alarm.
• Room underneath the sink for a fridge- we didn’t have one as only used electric cool boxes.
• An oak worktop, with ample storage in the cupboards below as well as an overhead cabinet for extra storage, but more storage could definitely be added if needed.
The dining/ living space consists of two bench seats with a pull out table from underneath the bed, and overhead cupboard space for clothes. There are two drawers and a small cupboard under the bed where the portable toilet lives. The diesel heater is located under the bed, and heats the space very quickly. The van is extremely well insulated, we have been surprised by how cool the van has stayed during heatwaves and how toasty it stays in winter.

Due to a full sized fixed double bed, there is ample garage space with two-tiered storage. We have managed to fit bikes, cots, prams and all sorts here which has made life a lot easier.

The van has a fitted Dometic mini skylight above the bed situated nicely for stargazing.
3x rhino Roof rack bars are included on the roof.

Electrical features

• There is a 110ah super heavy duty deep cycle leisure battery stored under one of the bench seats, with room to add another one or they could easily be wired through to the garage if you preferred.
• Heavy duty 295w Solar Panel on roof with solar controller
• Split relay which will kick in when driving or on the external hookup
• Sudokeli power inverter 1500w peak power, 800w continuous power.
• Twin 240V plug socket (linked to inverter) suitable for charging laptops etc.
• 12v Fiamma turbo-vent 40 extractor fan, can pull air in or out and has a built in rain cover
• 8 warm white LED ceiling spotlights on two separate switches
• 2x reading lights by bed
• USB ports (2 x 2) both sides of the bed
• Chinese diesel heater with vehicle pump to supply fuel

Advisories: A new bottle of butane gas is required, a new driver door electric window sensor is recommended- it is temperamental and sometimes can take 3-4 pushes of the button before the window opens. Drawer handles in kitchen would be much nicer if updated.
