This is a superb example of German engineering. Manfactured by La Strada in 2,000, it was built to German standards, and it shows. Dave, the owner and my step father is sadly now at an age where driving the van has become a challenge, despite being an HGV driver for all of his life. Hence we are now selling this on his behalf.
We bought this with Dave in March 2022 from BTA Motorhomes near Southampton. They wouldn’t let us take the van until it had completed a full habitation check, covering gas and electrics. You can see the photo of the checks carried out. The van has been serviced every year since, with no expense spared when needed. It comes with one and a half containers of gas too.
This wonderful van uses the sliding RIB bed system. When in seat position holds 2 adults. When in bed position, it can be a compact bed, but can also slide out to accommodate included cushions to form a large double bed.
