There is a raised rear 4 ft could be 4.6ft if needed with huge garage space under (used for sleeping area of my very long greyhound with drop down gate for travelling purposes and storge for an electric bike and ramp and fresh water tank and plumbing.
Also there is an l shaped sofa that can be pulled out and used for 2 children or an adult (4FT)
