The vehicle itself is a Volkswagen LT35 2.5tdi from 2001 which originally started life as a minibus before being bought by our friend who completed a lot of the conversion. There is remarkably little corrosion underneath as the minibus recieved extra undersealing in the factory after the seats had been bolted in. This a beautiful Volkswagen LT35, and has loads of life left in it.
It has been maintained to high standard mechanically speaking with no expense spared. A new exhaust has been fitted along with a new centre prop bearing. Various parts of the braking system have also recently been renewed. It had a new clutch & duel mass fly wheel and full timing belt kit change.
Its the medium wheel base version so isn’t particularly hard to park or drive.The mileage is 156k.
It has a fresh MOT which runs till May 2024. It also held a gas safety certificate in the past and we are happy to renew this if required.

We have been on a good few adventures around the UK and Europe. As it’s fully off grid with a great solar battery system and tinted windows, we have been able to camp in many great locations. Obviously will be sad to see him go however our growing family has meant we haven’t used him anywhere near as much as we would like.
There is a double bed that slides out over the table and seating area and neatly fold back when not in use. The bed measures 1.85m long by 1.3m wide.
