Lovely Ex-British Gas VW Caddy Maxi – Long Wheel Base. Recently serviced with only around 4k mileage put on since conversion.
Self converted with pull out small double bed. Custom made foam and cover made so can be used as a sofa or bed.
Bulk head (plastic between front and rear removed)
Dodo Dead Mat roll applied – Insulation and soundproofing under the floor.
Wooden floor with vinyl mat laid on top.
Loft insulation added to crevices, thermal foil insulation laid on metalwork with stretch fit carpet applied on top.
Curtain pole & curtain installed.
Self made magnetic curtains to stick on rear windows made.
New battery & wipers added last year.
Reverse camera, removable towbar and wheel trims added.
Things I’ll throw in:
Wheel risers (When the ground is uneven you drive up on these to keep it flat)
Power cable (When staying at campsites with power, plug this in and feed through the door/window for plugs + USB)
Fold down storage boxes that fit perfectly under the bed.
Van stripped out including bulk head.
Insulated and walls covered with stretch carpet.
Bed self built.
Small part of carpet exposed due to installing tow bar (removable).
Small area not carpeted as originally planned to build a small cupboard.
Self made pull out double bed. Can function as a sofa when not using as bed setup.
Has space below for storage.
Custom foam and covers.
Easily removable with a few screws if you need to use the van for transporting.
