VW Caddy Maxi Camper Van - Price Reduced!

I have owned this van for 4 years taking a year to convert her into a campervan registered as a motor caravan with the DVLA.
It is suitable for 1 person to sleep comfortably or 2 people with a bit of a squeeze! The bed has a 2m X 90cm foam mattress. The van is equipped with a 2 burner gas hob, a Gaslow refillable gas cylinder, a stainless steel sink with a Whale hand pump tap with a 25 litre water container. There is Dometic TCX 21 12v/240v 20 litre fridge that runs off the leisure batteries. There’s plenty of storage space under the bed and under the kitchen counter. The timber used in the construction has all received 3 coats of clear varnish. The van is fully insulated. The electrical system comprises 2 X 110 amp hour leisure batteries charged by a split charger and a 100w solar panel. There’s a 600w inverter, 240v plug sockets and a 12v socket and 2 USB sockets. There’s a Fiamma vent to the roof and a Dometic openable window with blackout blind and insect mesh to one side door. The van has 2 side doors to the living area and also 2 rear doors. There’s a roof rack and boarding to fit Front Runner boxes for extra storage on the roof. There’s also a tow bar with towbar electrics. I have used the tow bar with a bike rack for 2 bikes attached to the tow bar and also for towing a small motorbike trailer.
There are 4 X 12v lights in the living area. A carbon monoxide alarm is also included. The van was well maintained by British Gas and I have also replaced tyres this year and looked after the van changing oil, and filters regularly and other parts when required. This is a lovely little van and I’m selling her now as I need a bigger van for my current circumstances.
