VW Caddy micro camper.

Van drives great and is a great size as a daily commute. Fits under height barriers and in multi story car parks.
Rear of the van is insulated with a fixed bed.
I bought the van in April 2024 and cut a piece of the (then full width) base and mattress out by the sliding door to allow access to the storage when the door is closed. This also meant my dog can travel in that space on a bed and harnessed in safely as he was too big for the front seat.
Van is now a one berth, suited to an adult and child or an adult and dog (would suit a shorter individual, at 5’3 it is perfect for me). The back could be changed easily to suit your needs.
Comes with a Vango Cairns Experience awning which can be used on the side or end of the van.
No electrics or gas. I travel with a camping light, but the fairy lights have been sufficient. Lots of storage under the bed for camping stove and table etc. I have struggled to fill all the space even when I have been away for over a week.
Great having the fixed bed, as no need to store bedding or make a bed up at night.
I added Team Heko wind deflectors and keep the windows slightly open at night.
The van has service history and was serviced in April prior to purchase. When I bought the van I had my garage check it fully and complete all works. (See photos.)
MOT passed Jan 2025. 2 advisories, the tyre has been changed.
Body work has a few age related marks and the previous owner bumped the base of the sliding door. Does not affect the use of the door.
Selling as I need to go back to having 5 seats, I originally listed in December, but changed my mind as I thought I could manage with two seats, unfortunately I can not so I need to sell.
I have loved using the camper and will be sad to see it go.

As it is now the van sleeps one adult on the fixed bed. It is suited to an adult and one child or dog. The bed could be made back into a two berth easily.
